Crevox is being built for the recurring work around your team: research, follow-ups, scheduling and turning meeting notes into next steps. Agents use the company context you provide and the tools you connect to carry that work forward.
Start with a workflow you already understand, decide what needs review and expand from there. What an agent can do depends on its instructions, permissions and supported app connections.
At launch, you'll be able to bring employees and AI agents into a shared workspace, with apps for macOS and iOS. You'll have a choice between running Crevox on your Mac and using the cloud.
The Mac option needs your computer to stay available while work runs. The cloud option is for work that needs to continue independently of your Mac. You'll be able to choose ChatGPT or Grok as your model.
Each agent has a configurable level of independence. You decide which work needs your approval and which routines can run on their own. Giving an agent more independence means some actions can happen without a separate review each time.
You also choose the supported tools you connect, and can turn those connections off or remove them. Disconnecting a tool stops that connection; it doesn't erase information already shared with a service.
ChatGPT and Grok both let personal-account users switch off model training for new conversations. In ChatGPT, turn off Improve the model for everyone; in Grok, turn off Improve the Model. If your ChatGPT connection uses Codex, check its separate Include environments control too. Voluntary feedback can have different rules.
OpenAI's business and API products, and xAI's API, exclude inputs and outputs from training by default unless you opt in. The applicable policy depends on the account and connection you choose. Turning training off doesn't stop the provider from processing task context or retaining it under its policy, even when Crevox runs on your Mac.
Knowledge answers link back to saved sources, so you can check where the information came from. You can review and correct saved company knowledge, and follow tasks and routine runs to see their status and result.
AI can make mistakes. A source or a completed status isn't a guarantee that a result is correct. Keep review and approval steps around work that affects customers or important business decisions.
Crevox is coming soon for macOS and iOS. Joining the waitlist is free, and we'll share pricing before launch. We'll email you about access; you can leave the list through the link in our emails.
You'll be able to connect a supported AI subscription or choose AI provided through Crevox. With your own supported plan, Crevox won't charge AI credits for that usage. Your provider's subscription terms, limits and any provider charges still apply.
